(25149) Office Space or Store Lease
	A simple lease for a store of office space.
(25150) Sublease, with Nondisturbance Agreement and Tutorial
	This form is for use by a tenant to lease all or a protion of their leased premises to a subtenant. It provides for the written consent of the original landlord. A nondisturbance agreement is included for optional use. Terms are defined in the included tutorial.

	A simple and very brief lease that allows landlord to determine the length of the lease, containing common provisions, with space for additional provisions at the discretion of the landlord. May be used for any premises of property.

	This simple lease is used with leasing land such as pastures, livestock paddocks, ranges, fields, grasslands, empty plots, and other expanses of land without significant buildings.
